JAMES FLETCHER- WATSON
James Fletcher-Watson, who sadly died in June 2004, was a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and the Royal Society of British Artists. He exhibited widely in Britain, France, Australia and the Unites States, held regular exhibitions in his studio in the Cotswolds and was the author of several highly popular books.
